legalizing marijuana

Ok..ok, I'm sorry for asking so many questions. I do have my own opinions on all the topics I asked about and I am aware of the arguments against my opinions as well. The only reason I asked questions instead of giving my arguments is because I did not want to give my presentation online. I wanted to leave out my my arguments so that I would still have something to present to the class. Also, I did this because my paper is due the night I am presenting, which is the case with a few of us. So I wanted to get some feedback for the paper, and maybe get some opinions that otherwise I might not have come up with. I thought that was the idea behind the presentations, to get the classes opinions and incorporate them into the paper. If I am wrong then I apologize, and I will give my arguments on here.
